Law Office of Skinner & Skinner

Helping you find ways to Control Your Assets, so you can Protect Your Family and Preserve Your Wealth.

Let's Get Started

If you are interested in taking the first step to putting your estate plan in place, we would like to help. The Law Office of Skinner & Skinner takes a methodical approach to the estate planning process. We ask every prospective client to complete a Confidential Personal Information Booklet, available on our website. Our staff can assist with any questions that you might have in completing the booklet.

We do not charge a fee for initial planning meetings. However, we believe our time and your time is valuable, so we do have two expectations for that initial meeting:

  • We would like everyone we will be planning for to be at the meeting. If we’re planning for a married couple, we expect both the husband and the wife to be present at the meeting.

  • We would like to be prepared for the meeting, and for us to be prepared, we need you to complete our Confidential Personal Information Booklet in order to provide us with the information we need. This information must be returned to our office no later than the Friday before our meeting.

Please click on the appropriate link below to obtain a copy of our Confidential Personal Information Booklet (PIB) or call us at (757) 220-8554 and we will be happy to mail you a copy. We will then schedule your initial appointment with one of our attorneys and begin creating your personalized estate plan.
